Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at The Mexican Corner Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other expenses to ensure the restaurant operates within budget.
- Collaborate with the head chef to develop and implement new menu items, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing a team, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing sales.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and take calculated risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
