Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of new and existing accounts
- Leverage industry knowledge, marketplace dynamics, and key relationships to develop trusted partnerships with customers, focusing on problem identification and resolution
- Hunt and uncover new sales opportunities
- Consistently and efficiently follow the standard sales process to identify prospects and decision makers, gain customer commitment, predict sales probability, and effectively close deals
- Attend re-roofing tender site meetings and work directly with building owners
- Provide fast, accurate, and all-encompassing pricing for all roofing projects
- Work collaboratively with internal support resources to develop teamwork through cooperation, trust, and mutual respect
- Assemble detailed roof replacement quotations and budget presentation reports
- Maintain extensive product knowledge in all product lines
- Engage in continual and proactive communication with clients, consultants, and engineers throughout the bidding portion of potential projects
- Develop new client relationships
- Adhere to and enforce all company policies, pricing, and operational procedures with special attention to the professional image of the company
Requirements:
- A self-starter who is results-driven, competitive, and professional
- A solid track record of sales results
- At least 5 years of roofing sales experience, with re-roofing sales being an asset
- Knowledge of TPO Roofing Systems
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information one-on-one to clients, consultants, and other employees within the company as needed
- The ability to relate well to all kinds of people, build strong relationships using diplomacy and tact
