Position Overview

Cosentino is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager for our Distribution Center in Quebec, QC. This role offers the chance to thrive in a dynamic, multinational environment, engaging in various exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be on strategizing and nurturing relationships with our clientele, driving the sales and marketing of our premium Cosentino products. Your role will encompass:

Sales Management:

• Cultivating and sustaining comprehensive product knowledge to effectively present to clients.

• Promoting and selling our offerings to existing and prospective clients in sectors such as remodeling, home improvement, cabinetry, construction, and fabrication.

• Overseeing the overall sales performance within your designated territory.

Customer Engagement:

• Providing clients with essential marketing resources to bolster sales, including samples, brochures, and display materials.

• Managing client interactions by addressing concerns, ensuring proper setup in our CRM system, delivering price estimates, and coordinating regular visits.

• Enhancing market presence by increasing the number of displays and promotional materials in your territory.

Strategic Planning:

• Developing action plans to identify specific targets and forecast the number of client interactions required.

• Collaborating with Cosentino Corporate staff, Cosentino Center personnel, and fellow Account Managers to achieve objectives.

• Partnering with the General Manager and Sales Team to implement business strategies across various customer segments.

Qualifications for Success

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years in sales or field merchandising.

• At least 2 years of demonstrated ability to engage with multiple levels within commercial industry projects.

Knowledge Requirements:

• Familiarity with customer databases, preferably Salesforce.

• Experience in stone fabrication or distribution is advantageous.

Educational Background:

• Required: High School Diploma or GED.

• Desired: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
