About the Role

Nasri Inc is seeking a highly skilled User Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
  • Log Maintenance: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
