Culinary Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza - Waterfront. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation and ServiceOversee the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experience.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver outstanding service.
Quality Control and ReportingEnsure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, preparing and submitting regular reports to management.
Culinary Knowledge and ExpertiseStay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, applying this knowledge to enhance our menu offerings and customer experience.
Work Scheduling and Staff ManagementEstablish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
Work Environment and Physical Demands- Fast-Paced Environment
Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high customer expectations.
Standing and MobilityStand for extended periods, with frequent movement between kitchen and service areas.
Requirements and Qualifications- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related role.
Leadership and Communication SkillsExcellent oral communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
Teamwork and FlexibilityStrong teamwork and flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
