Job Overview

Are you enthusiastic and take pride in your contributions? At Aramark, we are committed to delivering exceptional service. We are looking for Culinary Service Associates to become part of our Dining Services teams.

As a Culinary Service Associate, you will receive comprehensive training across various stations, including salad, deli, and beverage areas.

Key Responsibilities


• Prepares food items according to standard recipes and preparation lists.

• Adheres to proper food safety and handling procedures.

• Ensures accurate food rotation to maintain quality and freshness.

• Properly manages leftover food by covering, labeling, dating, and storing according to standards.

• Keeps refrigerators and work areas clean and organized.

• Cleans, sanitizes, and organizes workstations at the end of each shift, including kitchen equipment.

• Maintains a safe and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.

• Follows safety protocols and accident reporting procedures.

• Completes all necessary training programs.

Qualifications


• Previous experience in food service is advantageous.

• Familiarity with food preparation, knife skills, temperature control, and sanitation is beneficial.

• Must be a team player, capable of working collaboratively and independently as needed.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

This position may involve physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be necessary.
