Position Overview

The role of the Food Service Supervisor involves overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team, ensuring that all food preparation and service meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Prepare and present operational reports
  • Possess knowledge of various culinary styles relevant to the establishment
  • Create and manage work schedules for the team
Team Management

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.

Work Environment

  • Extended periods of standing may be required
