Job Overview

Are you driven and take pride in your contributions? At Aramark, we are committed to delivering exceptional service. We are looking for Culinary Service Associates to become part of our Dining Services teams.

As a Culinary Service Associate, you will receive comprehensive training across various stations, ensuring versatility in your role. You will be involved in food preparation and service, including salad, deli, and beverage stations.

Key Responsibilities


• Prepares food items according to standardized recipes and preparation lists.

• Adheres to proper food safety and handling procedures.

• Ensures food quality and freshness through accurate rotation.

• Manages leftovers appropriately; covers, labels, dates, and stores them in compliance with standards.

• Maintains cleanliness and organization in work areas and refrigerators.

• Cleans and sanitizes workstations and kitchen equipment at the end of each shift.

• Upholds a safe and sanitary work environment in accordance with food safety regulations.

• Follows safety protocols and accident reporting procedures.

• Completes all mandatory training programs.

Qualifications


• Previous experience in food service is advantageous.

• Familiarity with food preparation, knife skills, temperature control, and sanitation is beneficial.

• Must be a team player, capable of working collaboratively and independently as needed.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

This position may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be necessary.
