Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at SSS Liquor LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Direct and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve staff performance.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and inventory of liquor products to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize losses.
    • Implement effective inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and are satisfied with their shopping experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
    • Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, meeting all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule
    • 30 to 40 hours per week
