About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mobile Squad. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Staff Management: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, ensuring that all employees are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in iOS and other relevant software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with employees and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
