About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada with A&W. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales floor staff and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient restocking processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues promptly and effectively, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
