Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of the store, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales associates effectively.
  • Manage inventory orders and merchandise supply.
  • Authorize returns and exchanges of products.
  • Create and manage employee work schedules.
  • Engage in direct sales activities.
  • Compile and present reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Maintain organized inventory systems.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a small team of 3-4 staff members.
Supervisory Role

The supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 individuals, ensuring that all team members are aligned with store objectives.

Security and Safety Requirements

A basic security clearance is necessary to ensure a safe working environment.

Work Environment

The position requires working in a fast-paced setting, demanding a keen attention to detail. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
