We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Canada Pathway Foundation. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Reporting and Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and reporting requirements.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Staff Support: Provide support to staff members, including responding to employee inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.
