Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Quantum Byte Solutions. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, recording meeting minutes, and maintaining office procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
