Administrative Coordinator

At CANADA PATHWAY FOUNDATION, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Minute-Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
- Reporting: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and oversee the preparation of reports.
- Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- Payroll: Oversee payroll administration.
- Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- HR: Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
- Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Independence: Ability to work independently.
- Fast-Paced: Fast-paced work environment.
- Pressure: Work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail.
- Supervision: Work with minimal supervision.
- Language: English language fluency.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
