Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Million Miles Logistics Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department, ensuring they meet the organization's goals. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Direct staff and supervise office and volunteer staff
  • Evaluate daily operations and work environments to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Train staff and other workers
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Manage contracts, training and development strategies, and payroll administration
  • Provide customer service and work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
