Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ontario Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to staff and management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic.
  • Respond to incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
