We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at The North Healthcare Consulting Inc.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing meeting minutes, reports, and other documents.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensure the office is well-organized and tidy.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
- Research and Data Entry: Conduct research and enter data into our database as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
