At Quantum Byte Solutions, we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and managing our filing system.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job ads, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payrolls, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
