About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and freshness, while also meeting the dietary needs and preferences of our guests.

Culinary Leadership

Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our high standards are met.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Skills

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Certifications

Food safety certification and any other relevant certifications

Work Environment
