We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to oversee kitchen operations at 2279658 Ab Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, storage, and utilization of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Kitchen Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen setting.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
