With several years of experience in overseeing the delivery of software and consulting initiatives, you possess strong skills in project planning and team leadership, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Your Responsibilities:


In collaboration with the Director of DevOps and Process Re-engineering, you will manage multiple client projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.

You will utilize your expertise in Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo to manage implementations, system upgrades, migrations, maintenance, and support.

Additionally, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams (both within Trundl and with our clients) to ensure alignment on project scope, resources, and timelines.

You will work with teams to identify, monitor, and resolve issues or obstacles while managing associated risks.
Delivering projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards will be a key focus.
You will be responsible for communicating project status updates to the team and stakeholders.
Establishing and executing project communication plans will be essential.
Facilitating productive meetings with clients and Trundl teams will be part of your role.

Moreover, you will coordinate the development of training materials and other necessary documentation to ensure successful implementation and transition of processes or systems to clients.

You will also seek customer approval of project deliverables.
Identifying and cultivating new opportunities with clients will be part of your responsibilities.
Ensuring customer satisfaction during the project transition phase will be crucial.

Your Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in project management.
A proven track record of successfully delivering software and technology consulting projects.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and customer-centric environment with a rapidly growing client base.
Proficiency in collaborating with individuals at all organizational levels.
Experience with Jira and Confluence, which are integral to our project management processes.
Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies.
Agile and/or project management certifications are preferred.
Atlassian certifications are a plus.

Additional Assets:
Understanding of Agile frameworks and their application across teams and organizations. Knowledge of utilizing Atlassian tools effectively to fulfill the above responsibilities.
