We are looking for a skilled and experienced Program Coordinator to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. In this capacity, you will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.

Project Development: Create detailed project outlines, encompassing objectives, timelines, financial plans, and resource distribution.

Team Management: Direct project teams, including both internal staff and external collaborators, ensuring alignment with project aims and objectives.

Risk Assessment: Recognize potential project challenges and formulate strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring successful outcomes.

Effective Communication: Uphold transparent communication with project stakeholders, providing consistent updates and progress reports.

Quality Control: Guarantee that project outputs meet established quality benchmarks and industry best practices.

Financial Oversight: Supervise project finances and spending, making necessary adjustments to maintain budgetary limits.

Scope Control: Manage project scope and change requests, ensuring they are in line with overall project goals.

Stakeholder Relations: Foster strong connections with clients, suppliers, and team members to enhance collaboration and project success.

Documentation Management: Keep comprehensive project records, including plans, status updates, and meeting notes.

Issue Resolution: Identify and address project challenges and barriers to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience as a Program Coordinator, with a history of successfully delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Exceptional leadership and presentation abilities, capable of guiding cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
