Your Contribution to Our Success
In this crucial position, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and executives at Intello to ensure smooth operations and program efficiency, contributing to the prosperity of our business. As a program coordinator in this role, you will advocate for Cross-Sell internally, increasing awareness of why Intello is the preferred partner for global clients.
Our mission is to boost revenue across Intello Technologies, and the key to achieving this is by continually attracting top talent to our already outstanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic complex product programs aimed at driving revenue growth across the organization.
- Engage in a hands-on program role that requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Coordinate activities, priorities, and timelines across various projects, ensuring alignment across multiple teams.
- Lead and support executive communications and governance structures, including reporting.
- Drive governance, risk management strategies, and mitigation plans to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Proactively engage with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to resolve issues.
- Create effective presentations, reports, and track all program activities for various audiences, from operational to executive levels.
- Provide coaching and consultation on financial forecasts, actuals, and benefits realization.
- Build relationships across the organization while fostering a collaborative and enjoyable work environment.
What You Bring:
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences by leveraging your technical skills alongside excellent communication abilities.
- 5-7 years of experience in program management, successfully delivering multiple complex initiatives from inception to execution.
- Experience presenting to senior leaders with clear and concise messaging.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities to eliminate obstacles and resolve challenges.
- A positive, proactive attitude that encourages a productive work environment, especially under pressure.
- Adaptability and flexibility in embracing agile methodologies and ways of working.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Program and/or Project Management certification.
- A strong drive for success and a commitment to delivering on promises.
- A personable demeanor, complemented by a sense of humor.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is an asset.
