Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:

Dallx Inc is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Problem Resolution: Analyze and resolve technical issues and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to internal teams to improve technical skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information and solutions to customers and internal teams in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Desired Qualities:

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Intranet, Servers, MS Office, MS Windows
  • Soft Skills: Accurate, Client-focused, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent communication, Initiative, Judgement, Organized, Team player, Ability to multitask, Time management
