Position Overview

Rely Solution Inc. is seeking a dedicated **Office Administrative Assistant** to enhance our operational efficiency. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks that are essential for maintaining a smooth workflow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Daily Operations: Plan and oversee daily office activities to ensure productivity.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Documentation: Type, proofread, and manage correspondence and various documents.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping duties as required.
  • Application Processing: Sort and verify applications and documents.
  • Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing messages efficiently.
  • Client Interaction: Provide general information to clients and the public.
  • Office Scheduling: Organize and schedule office tasks and responsibilities.
  • File Management: Locate, label, and retrieve documents as needed.
  • Inquiry Handling: Receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries.
  • Mail Processing: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, both manually and electronically.
  • Document Distribution: Photocopy and collate documents for various purposes.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, and database software.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
  • Transportation: Must have own transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Background Check: Criminal record check required.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage repetitive tasks.
  • Work with minimal supervision is expected.
  • Must have access to necessary office tools and equipment, including a computer and printer.
