  • Establish work priorities, ensure adherence to procedures, and meet deadlines
  • Oversee administrative functions within the organization
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records for governmental inquiries under access to information and privacy regulations
  • Organize and manage office services, including accommodations, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security
  • Assist in formulating operational budgets, maintain inventory, and enforce budgetary controls
  • Gather data, prepare regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Execute data entry responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative operations
