Job Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for spearheading the account development and market expansion strategy for designated clientele or territories, driving business growth and revenue for Lightenco-Chargenco.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong connections with clients and stakeholders, fostering long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Address conflicts and offer prompt resolutions to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable background in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
  • Previous role as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Familiarity with sales performance indicators and key performance metrics.
  • Skilled in utilizing CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite, with a strong understanding of business software and technology.
