Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to join our team in the Print Services Industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and a strong understanding of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seek out new business opportunities and grow our existing portfolio
- Leverage existing contacts to drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the office equipment/print services industry
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business, close deals, and achieve sales targets
- Strong network of contacts within the office equipment industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify sales opportunities and develop effective solutions
- Willingness to prioritize meeting the needs of the customer
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide variety of internal and external people
- Maintaining and promoting social, ethical, and organizational values in the working environment
- Ability to work flexibly, adapting quickly to change and responding positively to new ways of working
- Drive and determination to achieve objectives, overcoming obstacles to deliver results
