Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our President & CEO and management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership
- Manage schedules, calendars, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other records
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
