About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Clerk to join our Private Banking 1859 team at National Bank. As a Senior Clerk, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing files, responding to requests, and conducting data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and 3.5 years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1.5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in sales and customer service.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services for businesses.
  • Knowledge of LIS and ICOP applications.
  • Proficiency with Word and Excel.
