Senior Operations Administrative Coordinator

- Job Summary: This position provides complex administrative support in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations.
- Complete advanced analysis using various software packages and databases.
- Work in a lead capacity, providing guidance and training to junior employees.
- Offer administrative support to senior management.
- Perform diversified confidential administrative duties.
- Determine methods and procedures for completing complex tasks.
- Apply advanced office support knowledge and skills.
- Prepare and coordinate information for internal and external stakeholders.
- Complete various ad-hoc tasks.
- Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in office or warehouse support.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, research, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
- Able to accurately and efficiently enter data.
