  • Job Summary: This position provides complex administrative support in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations.
    • Complete advanced analysis using various software packages and databases.
    • Work in a lead capacity, providing guidance and training to junior employees.
    • Offer administrative support to senior management.
    • Perform diversified confidential administrative duties.
    • Determine methods and procedures for completing complex tasks.
    • Apply advanced office support knowledge and skills.
    • Prepare and coordinate information for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Complete various ad-hoc tasks.
  • Requirements:
    • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
    • At least 3 years of experience in office or warehouse support.
    • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, research, and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
    • Able to accurately and efficiently enter data.
