SUNEKA INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating office services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, financial records, and other sensitive information.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, including troubleshooting technical problems and finding creative solutions to complex problems.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
