Are you exploring new career possibilities? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are in search of a Marketing Strategy Lead to enhance our Marketing team.

In this role, you will spearhead regional lead generation initiatives through diverse marketing strategies, both digital and traditional. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you will be accountable for the timely and budget-conscious design, planning, and execution of your marketing roadmap for the year and quarter. Collaborating closely with our Performance Marketing, Design, Content, and Events Marketing teams, your focus will be on driving top-of-funnel growth, enhancing conversion rates, and managing brand campaigns. Additionally, you will assist the sales and outbound teams in lead acquisition, event organization, and market penetration.

Your Key Responsibilities:

This position encompasses two primary areas: commercial leadership and brand collaboration:

Commercial Leadership and Marketing Execution:

  • Formulating and overseeing the execution of the annual and quarterly marketing roadmap, seasonal initiatives, and other projects aimed at driving revenue and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Partnering with the regional Performance Marketing Team to jointly manage lead acquisition and revenue objectives.
  • Working alongside Performance Marketing to boost engagement and conversion rates for ongoing acquisition campaigns, media purchases, and social media efforts.
  • Taking ownership of the messaging for your market by creating and refining various content formats, including emails, blogs, and sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborating with the Hospitality Sales team to equip them with the necessary tools and resources to achieve their sales goals.
  • Assisting in the development of customer marketing initiatives, including automation programs aimed at upselling and retaining current clients.
  • Analyzing and iterating marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Regularly reviewing data sources to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Working with the Senior Director of Marketing to manage the regional marketing budget and conduct monthly reconciliations.
  • Supporting the launch of new products and features.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and opportunities, while collaborating with PR and content specialists to leverage relevant marketing opportunities.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of your customer segments and suggesting case studies to promote the brand effectively.

Market Development and Brand Collaboration:

  • Implementing strategies for market penetration within the hospitality sector.
  • Partnering with the Events Marketing Team to assess and manage the strategy for hospitality trade shows and events.
  • Creating and executing co-branding initiatives with regional partners, including joint events and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the Growth Marketing team to execute digital brand awareness campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Establishing a strong brand presence in industry publications.
  • Working with Corporate Communications and local PR agencies to enhance media outreach and identify key customer stories.

  • Excellent project management and communication abilities to guide stakeholders towards achieving project goals.
  • Experience in crafting data-driven marketing briefs to demonstrate campaign ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools.
  • A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Background in product marketing or brand management.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Skills in copywriting and content management.
  • Proficiency in French.
