We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded professional to join our team as the Director of Influencer Marketing and Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive influencer marketing strategies across all brands and various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Influencer Marketing Strategies: Create and implement influencer marketing plans that align with our overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage the Influencer Marketing Budget: Develop and maintain the influencer marketing budget; create financial plans for weekly, monthly, and quarterly spend targets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Lead and Mentor the Influencer Marketing Team: Lead and mentor the Influencer Marketing team, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth. Schedule quarterly performance reviews and set goals with all individuals on the team.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and creative teams to develop influencer marketing campaigns that effectively convey our brand messaging and engage our target audience.
  • Oversee Large-Spend Influencer Marketing Campaigns: Oversee large-spend influencer marketing campaigns, including content creation, product placements, sponsored posts, and brand collaborations.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and keep our strategies competitive.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a Related Field: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven Experience in Influencer Marketing: Proven experience leading a sales or influencer marketing team, in a leadership role, with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful sales/campaign strategies.
  • Deep Understanding of Social Media Platforms: Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and emerging trends in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  • Experience with AirTable: Experience using AirTable for managing influencer campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining organized workflows.
  • Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to develop innovative strategies to engage and resonate with target audiences.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
