Sales Account Executive

Location: Trenton, ON (ONSITE POSITION)

Kognitive Sales Solutions, in collaboration with a leading Canadian retailer, is in search of enthusiastic and driven sales professionals who can engage and connect with customers effectively. As a Sales Account Executive, your role will involve educating consumers about Financial Products on behalf of a well-respected Canadian brand.

At Kognitive Sales Solutions, you have the opportunity to maximize your earnings with a competitive base salary and an attractive commission structure that enables you to enhance your weekly income.

Compensation:

$16.55/hr minimum protection guarantee + commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inform customers about the advantages and features of our partner's financial products within the retail environment
  • Promote sales, brand loyalty, and awareness for our client's offerings
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Develop innovative strategies to engage customers and communicate product benefits
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with store staff
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling customer information

Success Factors:

  • Outgoing and personable, with a passion for customer interaction
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous
  • Ability to convey key messages effectively
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal background check
  • Access to reliable transportation or a valid driver's license is a plus
