About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Eastern Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain current and future strategic sales direction
  • Build and lead a high-performing outside sales team
  • Provide support and guidance to Regional Sales Managers
  • Maintain strategic relationships with industry partners
  • Analyze and report on market trends and industry developments
  • Make informed decisions on project pricing and sales strategies
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior leadership
  • Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and sales experience in the IT industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a remote team
  • Fluency in virtual communication tools
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
  • Competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong negotiation and diplomacy skills
