About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leader to join our team as an Area Sales Manager, Eastern Canada. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Eastern Canada region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team members meet their sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans to ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the sales team is well-informed and equipped to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
