At Courtenay White Spot, we are seeking a skilled and experienced line cook to join our culinary team. As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and managing kitchen operations. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
* Manage kitchen operations

**Requirements:**

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Permanent employment
* English as the primary language of work
* 40 hours per week
