Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Airpark Beachwood Cafe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Leadership: Recruit and hire staff, and organize buffets and banquets to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
