About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Seoul Sushi. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Management

Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled chefs to ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Inventory Management

Oversee the inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.

Quality Control

Monitor and maintain the highest standards of quality in all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.

Financial Management

Manage the kitchen budget and ensure that we are operating within our financial means.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills
