Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Courtenay White Spot. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
- Chef Management: Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality dishes.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our dishes meet our high standards and that our guests receive a consistently excellent dining experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef
- Language: Fluency in English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
