About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Domo Japan. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Culinary Leadership

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional cuisine.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.

Quality Control

Inspect our kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Customer Service

Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
