About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to join our team at Seoul Sushi. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Plan and develop menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Train and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we are always stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
