Job Summary

The Diversity and Inclusion Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. This includes developing and executing strategies to increase diversity and inclusion, providing training and education to employees, and monitoring and reporting on diversity metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global diversity and inclusion strategy that aligns with the company's values and mission
  • Provide training and education to employees on diversity and inclusion
  • Monitor and report on diversity metrics
  • Collaborate with HR and management to integrate diversity and inclusion into all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Lead the company's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and foster an environment where everyone feels they belong
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to champion diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Stay abreast of legislation, regulations, and best practices related to diversity and inclusion

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in operationalizing inclusion and diversity strategies and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence at all levels
  • Proficient in data analysis to track and improve diversity metrics
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with an ability to work with diverse groups of people
  • Familiarity with relevant employment legislation and regulations
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Experience operating in a global environment with understanding of diverse regulatory jurisdictions
  • Self-motivated and successful in operating independently with limited oversight
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Tableau
