Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Construction Site Superintendent to oversee and manage our construction projects effectively. This role requires a strong leader with a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and project management.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure project efficiency.
  • Prepare and monitor construction schedules and milestones.
  • Establish and enforce quality control policies and procedures.
  • Interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings accurately.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs.
  • Compile and prepare comprehensive reports.
Supervision
  • Oversee contractors and subcontractors on-site.
Certifications
  • Professional Engineer Certification (P. Eng.)
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in SolidWorks software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with tablet computers for project management.

Safety and Security
