Job Description

As a Project Manager - Construction at Schneider Electric, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and monitor project scope, schedule, planning, resources, risks, and project deliverables commensurate with the assessed solution categorization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate a multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective daily job allocations are grounded in collaboration, teamwork, and quality results.
  • Review technical specifications, tender documents to ensure detailed work scope, engineering designs, and drawings meet the customer's requirements.
  • Apply a process approach to managing risks and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Manage and monitor project scope, schedule, planning, resources, risks, and project deliverables commensurate with the assessed solution categorization.
Requirements:
  • A post-secondary certificate, diploma, or degree from a recognized educational institution, with a program of study in engineering or construction technology considered an asset.
  • Project management training (internal or external).
  • 3-5 years of experience working in the construction industry, with construction supervisor or field superintendent role considered an asset.
  • CPP global training.
