Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric Norge AS. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Manage and monitor project scope, schedule, planning, resources, risks, and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate a multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective daily job allocations are grounded in collaboration, teamwork, and quality results.
  • Review technical specifications, tender documents to ensure detailed work scope, engineering designs, and drawings meet the customer's requirements.
  • Apply a process approach to managing risks and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
  • A post-secondary certificate, diploma, or degree from a recognized educational institution, with a program of study in engineering or construction technology considered an asset.
  • Project management training (internal or external)
  • 3-5 years of experience working in the construction industry, with construction supervisor or field superintendent role considered an asset
  • CPP global training
