IC Axon, a well-established medical communications agency with over 25 years of expertise in specialized therapeutic areas, is seeking a dynamic individual to enhance our business development efforts. We specialize in delivering innovative training solutions tailored for the life sciences sector, offering award-winning services to our clientele.
Position Overview:- Recognize and articulate learning and development solutions for diverse stakeholders in commercial learning, medical affairs, market access, and patient services.
- Foster enduring relationships with clients while pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive organizational growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing partnerships.
- Enhance presence within current accounts and secure new business.
- Engage with clients to uncover business opportunities.
- Guarantee exceptional project delivery through teamwork with internal departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic account management plans.
- Lead initiatives for proposals and business development.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling with other divisions.
- Participate in corporate sales and management meetings for alignment.
- Travel to client and corporate locations as necessary.
- Conduct market intelligence activities.
- Contribute to the development and expansion of product offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of pertinent sales experience within the life sciences field.
- Demonstrated capability to manage a sales pipeline and surpass targets.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven experience in nurturing client relationships and acquiring new business.
- Willingness to travel up to 25-50% as required.
