- Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and parents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the integrity of information and maintain confidentiality as required.
- Assist with the coordination of events and meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and other materials.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- One-year college diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as business administration or office administration.
- Up to one year of combined related experience and on-the-job training to become familiar with board policies and procedures.
- Excellent computer and word processing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Aspen is an asset.
